State of Coding as a Career
If I can pull together a panel of IT leaders, Education organization, and placement agency/HR people, would a panel discussion about the state of IT employment from the people that are doing the hiring. Topics would include changing jobs, learning new skills, what skills are in demand, and finding that first job be appropriate for this camp? I know it is not Code and if it is not Code see Rule #1, but I have seen other "career" focused session during prior camps. From my experience, some of the people are attending are looking at IT as a career and are just getting started.
