DESCRIPTION:<p>Blazor is an experimental web UI framework based on C#\, Ra
zor\, and HTML that runs in the browser via Web Assembly. Blazor promises
that we can create web applications using the backend languages of our c
hoice while compiling to Web Assembly. The current state of UI developmen
t is complex and the problem is not getting better. Many developers are c
urious about Blazor\, while some are skeptical. What problems might Blazo
r solve?</p>\n<p>This session is ideal for developers and other intereste
d parties who have little or no knowledge of Blazor and want to learn the
basics. It will provide a brief overview of Blazor and then it will show
a simple but practical implementation of Blazor. It will utilize Visual
Studio 2017 and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio\, starting with a
small Azure SQL database and Web API\, and then building a Blazor web app
lication that interacts with these components. Links to relevant informat
ion and tutorials will be provided.</p>
